Advised Indiabulls Housing Finance Limited (“IBHFL”), in relation to securitisation of portfolio of priority sector loans (commercial vehicle loans) of an aggregate amount of INR 120 crores originated by Indiabulls Housing Finance Limited and investment by ICICI Bank Limited in the pass through certificates issued by the securitisation trust. Role of the firm involved assistance with structuring of the transaction, preparation of the transaction documents, general legal and regulatory advisory.
