They advised AdvisedBharti and its affiliates, in their sale of shares in BWM, by selling their entire stake in BWM to Walmart Stores Inc. (“Walmart”) and/or its affiliates and in their acquisition of the entire stake held by Walmart (through its affiliates) in Cedar. Concerned Partners were GautamSaha& Samir Gandhi.
