Khaitan& Co. advised ICICI Bank Limited, Singapore Branch which has entered into a facility agreement with Tata Communications International Pte. Ltd and has agreed to provide a facility of S$100 million to the Borrower. Tata Communications Limited, India has guaranteed the payment on behalf of the Borrower. Concerned Partner for the deal was Sharad Abhyankar.
