Majmudar & Partners represented State Bank of India in relation to the term loan of INR400 crores to Bank Note Paper Mill India Private Limited (a joint venture of M/s Bharatiya Reserve Bank Note Mudran Private Limited and M/s Securities Printing and Minting Corporation of India Limited), to finance the construction, operation and maintenance of a 12,000 metric tonne per year bank note paper mill project in Mysore, Karnataka.
