Khaitan & Co. advised TIPVPL in relation to the Shareholders’ Agreement entered into with Indo-Infra Inc. (Canada), India Infrastructure Fund II (an IDFC fund) and the Karcham – Wangtoo Project SPV with regard to the 1,091 MW Karcham –– Wangtoo hydroelectric power plant and the 300 MW Baspa II hydroelectric power plant. TIPVPL is a wholly-owned subsidiary of TAQA. It advised TAQA on the Indian law aspects of the Shareholders’ Agreement entered into with Indo-Infra Inc.
