J. Sagar Associates (JSA) advised and assisted Stump, Schuele & Somappa Springs Private Limited (SSSS) on the sale of its heavy coil spring business to its subsidiary, and subsequent formation of a Joint Venture with Mitsubishi Steel Mfg. Co. Ltd. (MSM, Japan). The Joint Venture Company is in the business of manufacturing coil springs and stabiliser bars.

JSA also advised SSSS on the formation of a separate Joint Venture with MSM, Japan to be based out of Chennai. The Joint Venture Company will be in the business of manufacturing construction machinery recoil springs.
