Zaiwalla& Co is acting for Bank Mellat, Iran’s largest private bank, to defend the appeal by the European Union Council to the European Court of Justice (ECJ) in Luxemburg relating to its listing under the Iran nuclear sanctions. The hearing of the Appeal in the ECJ will take place on 10 September 2014.
