Majmudar acts for Carnival Films in its acquisition of HDIL Entertainment Private Limited

Majmudar & Partners recently represented Carnival Films Private Limited (Carnival Films) on the acquisition of 100% equity stake of HDIL Entertainment Private Limited, the multiplex business arm of HDIL, for a price of INR 105 crores (approximately USD 17.5 million).

Carnival Cinemas, headquartered in Mumbai, Maharashtra, is engaged in operating multiplexes across India. Rukshad Davar, Partner, led the team from Majmudar & Partners on this transaction.
