Franklin Electric Company acquires 70% shares of Pluga Pumps and Motors Limited

J. Sagar Associates (JSA) advised Franklin Electric Company Inc. in its acquisition of 70% of the shares of Pluga Pumps and Motors Limited (Pluga).

Pluga designs, manufactures, and distributes groundwater motor & pumping equipment throughout India.

The JSA team comprised Partner – Rohitashwa Prasad and Associate – Serena Upadhyay.
