I am a regular reader of - Lex Witness for past two years, it is a kind of Law Library and its’ content vis-a-vis interesting articles are often informative and helpful for me in my work. I appreciate that the witness team is doing wonderful work by serving good quality of law articles by their sincere efforts and gesture. Those who are associated with legal profession it’s a must read for them.
I am really delighted to receive the recent issue of Lex Witness. Many ideas exist in the world and when such ideas are found out, it is called a discovery and attributed to the person who has found out the same. The magazine has done a wonderful job in this direction. The articles published in the magazine have helped me a lot in acquiring new knowledge which adds to my insights as a lawyer. I have a suggestion: do try to include a section featuring articles written by eminent Indian jurists such as V.R. Krishna Iyer, Soli Sorabjee, Fali S. Nariman among others. Lex Witness publishes wellresearched articles on legal issues. Do keep up the good work and continue publishing quality content.
It tells us about the judgments and keeps us up to date. It emphasizes on Corporate Laws, though they are beneficial for us, but I would personally like to suggest including some general business laws in it. I like the column named Capsule a lot. But I think there should be more judgments in it, each compiled into a single paragraph just for enlightening the reader; so that we can learn more.
Lex Witness is an excellent magazine. The information it provides is really helpful. It covers the current issues of the legal fraternity. The drafting of the editors’ is also very nice and easy to understand even for the person from the fraternity other than legal. Further, the format of the magazine itself is very good from the marketing point of view; the advertisements are also well placed. Information regarding the seminars, conferences, summits is really helpful. I had an opportunity to attend the summit on IPR because of the information/advertisement provided therein. The fonts, color combinations and the paper quality used in the magazine are also reader friendly. I liked one of the article on Companies Bill published in September 2013 issue. The articles on latest Bills give the idea to readers about the future laws which are going to be implemented in India. Overall, the best part which I would like to cover that the Media partnership which the magazine does and gives the information regarding the events on Intellectual Property Laws and other emerging Laws is exceptional. I strongly recommend reading this magazine to every individual from the field of legal profession especially to the newcomers in the legal field.
I have been getting Lex Witness since recently and finding it highly informative on subject coverage, updating on recent happenings in Courts, updating on events happening around us, expert opinions, sort of plat forum to know so many professionals, etc. Thanks for the effort being put in. It is very useful. My request is to cover a topic/issue on regular basis which might be useful to many.
