The updates on legal developments are covered well in the magazine. These help the readers in keeping themselves updated. As a suggestion to the editorial department; please include more analytical reviews on past judgments; this should talk more about the reality implications of such judgments. Also, it would be better if the magazine can talk more about telecom laws.
The non-commercial legal articles can improve content by adding opposing views on the same. Each judgement and update has multiple views on the same. The readers would like to read an analytical representation that may cover various opinions instead of a one sided view. Also, environment law should also be covered, there has been plenty recent developments that readers would like to read more on.
The magazine was suggested to me by a friend, as it is helpful for litigators with the variety of subjects that it covers. I mostly read the articles related to my practice and find them well written and informative. Even my father, who is practicing from last 35 years finds the magazine helpful. I like that you are not confined to any particular subjects and cover all; IPR, real estate, family law, articles for students. Also, it is interesting to read the latest developments and judgments as you do not only reprint them but also analyse it and add quotes and opinions that helps in catching the much needed practical approach. The event ads are also quite helpful; a timely delivery of the magazine will ensure maximum benefit out of it.
Lex Witness although remains to focus on the legal aspects and might seem relevant enough for the legal fraternity as well. Having not realized the how relevant it could have been for non legal professionals like me, I have now started reading it regularly. Being an IT professional it is good to know the governing laws and regulations in the industry and of course as a common man as well. Simpler language might make the magazine more useful for people like me.
Lex Witness has been a ready reckoner for associates like me in our leisure time. While there are too many other news sources for the general news subjects like politics etc. but there are no dedicated sources on legal matters. Keep up the good job!
I have been preparing for the IAS examinations and refer to quite a lot books, magazines and online portals. Lex Witness has also become one of the many sources for me and my friends during our preparations.
It is always a pleasure to read Lex Witness. I particularly like to read Capsules and Snippets columns as they never fail to keep me updated. For further analytical views on the updates I appreciate the variety and scopes of subjects that Lex Witness touches. I like how Lex Witness always succeeds in building up connect between the corporate legal world with practitioners and the students too. I do look forward to receive next edition of Lex Witness.
