Advised Sterlite Technologies Limited (Sterlite) in relation to a joint venture with Viscas Corporation, Japan (Viscas) in which Viscas will invest into the existing power cable facility of Sterlite in Haridwar which is already serving the Medium Voltage / High Voltage Power Cables customers in India. Role of the firm in the said transaction, included drafting, negotiating and finalizing the transaction documents, and advising the client on various legal issues relating to the said transaction.
