The Firm advised India Infradebt Limited in connection with financial assistance of INR. 72.01 Crore for refinancing of existing lenders and repayment of sub-debt /qausi equity availed from the group companies in relation to 20 MW AC group captive solar project in the state of Uttar Pradesh. The scope of work inter alia included drafting and execution of financing documents, conducting the corporate, project and land due diligence, issuance of legal opinion etc. The team included Mr. Guranpreet Singh Sarna (Partner), Ms. Shikha Singh (Principal Associate), Ms. Avlokita Kanwar (Associate) and Ms. Aparajita Mitra (Associate).
