Firm advised Unify GmbH & Co. KG in relation to acquisition by Progility Plc., of the entire shareholding of Unify Group in Unify Enterprise Communications Private Limited. Role of the firm involved advising Unify GmbH & Co. KG, in relation to the sale of its entire shareholding in Unify India to Progility Plc., including drafting the transaction documents and general advice in relation to Indian law aspects of the deal. Progility Plc., is the UK headquartered holding company of a project management services group specialising in people, processes, training and systems integration. The Group has four divisions: Technology Solutions, Training, Consulting and Recruitment.

Unify India is the Indian arm of the Unify Group which is a global communications software and services company. The Unify Group was spun-off from the Siemens Enterprise Communications Division and is now a joint venture between Siemens AG and US based private equity firm, The Gores Group.

Total consideration for the deal was € 1 million.
