Lex Witness is very aware of the role it can play in this emerging digital innovation hub as it aims to inspire young lawyers by providing legal knowledge to business houses etc. on a range of legal issues and operates for the mutual benefit of clients and lawyers and is also committed to enabling its readers to learn from practical experience. One of the most interesting thing about this magazine is that few of its volumes had drawn on extensive first-hand direct and comprehensive observations of commercial mediation. This unique study also traces the development of Indian corporate/tax laws and provides an in-depth analysis of a number of issues affecting companies and permanent establishments. To sum it up, Lex Witness gives an overview of different areas of law. However, my personal suggestion is to cover more on criminal law as it would make the magazine even more interesting for lawyers practicing on the criminal side.
