Green Infra Limited (“GIL”) is an IDFC Alternatives initiative and one of the few enterprises in the renewable energy sector which was seeded and funded by a PE fund. Sembcorp Utilities Pte. Ltd. (“SCU”) acquired 60% of GIL. Amarchand & Mangaldas & Suresh A. Shroff & Co. acted as the legal counsel for IDFC Alternatives Limited in the transaction. They drafted the transaction documents, participated in negotiations and assisted in the completion of the transaction.
