Zaiwalla & Co had one more success before the EU General Court for its client Bank Tejarat of Iran in an action against the EU Council. The Court held that the listing of the Bank was unlawful on the ground that the Council did not hold any evidence or information other than the proposal of listing to substantiate the allegations against the Bank.
