Indicon Westfalia Limited is a public limited company belonging to one of the most renowned Karam Chand Thapar Group. The company is engaged in manufacture and sale of freight containers and bunk houses to various public sector enterprises, oil exploration companies including ONGC.

The company has appointed M/s. S.K. Singhi & Co., Advocates to advise them and look after the litigations in the matter of disputes pending with ONGC whereby ONGC has sought to block the supplier’s code number which prevents the company from participating in the tenders floated by ONGC. The litigations have been initiated and the matters are now pending at various forums including High Court at Guahati and in the High Court of Judicator at Bombay.
