SBI FMO Emerging Asia Financial Sector Fund (“SBI FMO”) invested in Satin Creditcare Network Limited (“SCNL”) a leading microfinance institution in India. As part of this investment, SCNL issued a mix of shares and warrants to SBI FMO as well as SCNL’s promoters. Wherein, Nishith Desai Associates, acted as legal & regulatory counsel to SBI FMO.
