The Firm acted as sole transaction counsel in relation to the issuance and private placement of secured, rated, listed, non-cumulative, redeemable NCDs of PTC India Financial Services Limited (secured by specified receivables of the Issuer) of an aggregate principal amount of ` 213.50 crores, for augmenting its long term capital resources. The NCDs have been issued to International Finance Corporation, and are listed on the National Stock Exchange of India Limited.
