J. Sagar Associates (JSA) acted as legal counsel to InterGlobe Aviation Limited, the company that runs the low cost carrier ‘IndiGo’, in the filing of its draft red herring prospectus with the Securities and Exchange Board of India, in connection with its proposed Initial Public Offering (IPO). The offer comprises of a fresh issue of equity shares by the company and an offer for sale by certain selling shareholders.

JSA also acted as legal counsel to certain selling shareholders.
