Dhir and Dhir Associates managed theentire legal operations of REC Transmission Projects Company Limited (RECTPC) and Power Ministry involved during selection of bidders for its project. The Project is ‘Establishing Transmission System for Strengthening of Transmission System for Package – (North – West)’ allocated by Government of NCT of Delhi.

The work extensively involved review & vetting of bidding documents (RFQ, RFP & TSA), bid process management and legal assistance until the execution of project agreement.
