AZB & Partners advised MSDF on its debt funding in Indian Schools Finance Company Private Limited (ISFC) by way of subscription of listed nonconvertible debentures of ISFC aggregating to INR 12 crores. The firm’s role in the transaction entailed drafting and negotiating the transaction documents and the documents in relation to closing of the transaction and listing of the non-convertible debentures on the BSE. ISFC is engaged in the business of providing loans to low-cost schools which cater to students from low and middle income segments.
