J. Sagar Associates (JSA) advised and assisted The Claridges Hospitality Private Limited (“Claridges Hospitality”) in relation to the sale of 100% of its shareholding to Azure Hospitality Private Limited (“Azure”).

Claridges has been running the iconic brand ‘Dhaba by Claridges’ under a retail model, through three standalone restaurants, one at Gurgaon and two in Delhi (Saket and Nehru Place). Claridges Hospitality has now been acquired by Azure, pursuant to a funding from Goldman Sachs.

‘Dhaba by Claridges’ has been known for redefining the norms for restaurants serving Indian cuisine by making it casual and light while focusing on the highest grade of quality and for its intriguing kitsch elements that come together to recreate the ambiance of a signature highway eatery.
