Khaitan & Co. advised Bank of Baroda in relation to a term loan facility of INR 365 crore extended to Lodha Crown Buildmart Private Limited for the purpose of part-financing of construction of a real estate project situated at Wadala, Mumbai, Maharashtra. Total consideration of the deal is INR 365 crores.
