Route Mobile Limited is a leading cloud communication platform service provider catering to enterprises over-the-top (OTT) players and mobile network operators (MNO). Their range of enterprise communication services include smart solutions in A2P Messaging OTT Business Messaging, Voice, Email and SMS Filtering, Analytics & Monetization.

Total consideration of the deal was for INR 120 crore (USD 15 million).
