Dhir & Dhir Associates acted as borrower’s legal counsel to O2 Power group’s refinancing of existing indebtedness from NIIF Investment Fund of INR 246.48 crores for the purposes of repayment of the existing project indebtedness for commissioned 40 MW Solar Power Project of 3 SPVs in the State of Karnataka respectively.

The scope of work included inter alia review of the financing and security documents in accordance with the sanction letter and market standard practices, advising the group on the co-obligor structure, scrutinising the documents considering the Singapore based promoter of the group negotiations, preparation of memo for the promoter, discussions with lender and its counsel.
