The merger will be effective from July 3, 2017 and will further enhance LexOrbis’s Bangalore Office capabilities to provide high quality IP services to a wide range of industries including technology start-ups, SMEs and development centres of Indian and global companies in South India. The founder partner of IP Astra, C R Jacob, who is an alumnus of Vellore Institute of Technology and equipped with an executive management program from IIM Calcutta is an enthusiastic IP professional with rich experience of over a decade of closely working with the industry and academia to drive their global IP strategies and for writing high quality patent applications. Jacob would be taking a role of IP strategist with LexOrbis- Bangalore from July 3rd.
