Acme PV Powertech Private Limited

The Firm has acted as the Lenders’ Legal Counsel for the consortium lending led by L&T Infrastructure Finance Company Limited in relation to the term loan facility of approx. INR 3200.00 Million and working capital facility of INR 210.00 Million to Acme PV Powertech Private Limited, for the purposes of refinancing the outstanding project debt of the solar power project of 50 MW (AC) Solar Power Project in the State of Telangana and for meeting the working capital requirements for the Project respectively.

Girish Rawat, Partner led the Firm’s banking, project finance and capital market team on the above transaction. The other team members included Sakshi Puliani, Senior Associate and Varun Chauhan, Associate. The scope of work included conducting due diligence of the borrower, its promoters and project documents, drafting of the financing and security documents, undertaking documentation for downselling/ assignment of the facility to lenders and issuing opinion on the legal issues.
