The firm advised PTC India Financial Services Limited for the financial assistance of upto INR 230.00 crores sanctioned to Azure Power Jupiter Private Limited, for the purposes of setting up of 50 MW solar power project based on PV (photo-voltaic) cell technology in Banda and Shahjahanpur/ Hamirpur/ Hardoi district in the State of Uttar Pradesh. The scope of work included drafting of financing and security documents, conducting due diligence on the Borrower, its promoters and project documents, issuing opinions on the legal issues, title verification of the project land and other immovable securities.
