The Firm has advised National Aluminium Company Limited on acquisition of wind farm projects land parcel in Rajasthan, Tamil Nadu and Andhra Pradesh. The firm was instructed to undertake due diligence on the 8 project sites offered by the bidders having an aggregate project capacity of 200 MW. The team was led by Girish Rawat, Partner along with Guranpreet Singh Sarna, Senior Associate, Akshay Maheshwari, Associate and Avlokita Kanwar, Associate. The scope of work included advising on the acquisition of the land, verification of approvals and clearances obtained and/or to be obtained for setting up of wind power project.
