Alpha Partners hired Kunal Arora as an Associate Partner. He will be part of the corporate team and shall head the real estate practice of Alpha. Kunal is a law graduate from Symbiosis Law School, Pune and is enrolled as a member of the Bar Council of Delhi. Kunal is a corporate lawyer who focuses on advising investors, financial institutions and various other clients in their M&A, equity investment, joint venture and real estate transactions. Prior to joining Alpha, he was part of the Corporate M&A and Real Estate team at Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas.
