Music Broadcast Limited is the first private FM radio broadcaster in India and it owns and operates FM radio stations under the Radio City brand name. It has presence in 39 cities, which includes 11 new radio stations acquired under the Phase III Policy. Team comprised of Sudhir Bassi (Executive Director), Aditya George Cheriyan (Associate Partner), Oishik Bagchi (Associate), BarkhaDoshi (Associate) and Pranav Agarwal (Associate). Total consideration was for 4,885.29 million (USD 74 million approximately).
