Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas & Co acted as the legal advisor to NXP Semiconductors Netherlands B.V. in the multi-jurisdictional transaction involving divestiture of its standard products business, Nexperia, to a consortium of financial investors consisting of Beijing Jianguang Asset Management Co., Ltd and Wise Road Capital LTD. The value of the deal is USD 2.75 billion globally (approximately).
