The wife, Ankita Goyal, applied for the pension sharing order relating to the pension fund that the husband had transferred to India which the wife said was to avoid sharing the pension with her. The Court has to decide whether the English Court can make a pension sharing order when the pension fund is outside the Court’s jurisdiction. The court has reserved its judgment.
