The firm was involved in a buyback of equity shares from the shareholders (including the Promoter Viz. Government of India) of SJVN Limited, a Mini Ratna, Category-I, and Schedule – ‘A’ CPSE under the administrative control of Ministry of Power, Govt. of India. For the Financial Year 2017-18, SJVN Limited purchased approximately 14.43 crore shares worth approximately INR 559.32 crore from the Government of India, Ministry of Power . The firm acted as the Sole Legal Advisors to the said Buyback and the scope of work included drafting of agreements, ancillary documents, project documents, etc.
