J.Sagar Associates represented ANI Technologies Pvt. Ltd. (OLA) before the Delhi High Court and obtained direction for removal of confidential information and disparaging comments hosted on ‘Hush’, a web-based platform, which allows employees of an Organization to anonymously post comments, gossip and rumor about their Colleagues, Bosses, Co-workers and culture of the Organization. The Delhi High Court also directed ‘Hush’ to disclose the names of the persons posting the aforesaid comments to the Court in a sealed cover.
