In India, the above reorganization involved (i) slump sale of turbo charger business of Honeywell Technology Solutions Lab Private Limited; (ii) buyback of shares by Honeywell Turbo Technologies (India) Private Limited; (iii) subsidiarization and capitalization of Vocollect India Private Limited.
