AZB & Partnersadvisesin the acquisition of the entire paid up share capital of E-Infochips, Inc., a subsidiary of the Target by Arrow Electronics, Inc (“Arrow”) fromthe Target and Antifragile Investments LLC; and acquisition by Arrow through its Indian subsidiary, Arrow Electronics India Private Limited (“Arrow India”), of approximately 99% of the paid up share capital of the Target.

Total consideration was to the excess of USD 300 million/ INR 19 billion.
