King Stubb and Kasiva advised Pramac Iberica SAU, a subsidiary of Generac Holdings Inc. a leading manufacturer of generators, light towers, and material handling equipment, in its acquisition of a majority interest in Captiva Energy Solutions Pvt Ltd. (“Captiva”). Captiva is a Kolkata based company specializing in customized generators. The combination of both companies is likely to create a very strong partnership in the power generation market. The transaction was led by Partner Prithiviraj Senthil Nathan along with his team comprising of Principal Associate Aurelia Menezes and Associate Sindhuja Kashyap.
