J. Sagar Associates advised Hike Global Pte. Ltd. in respect of its Series A investment in Tictok Skill Games Private Limited, a company engaged in the business of operating an online gaming platform in India, under the brand name ‘WinZo’, for games of skill (“Company”). The platform provides users an opportunity to win real money by playing and winning the games of skill. The investment is part of an external fund raise by the Company, which also saw participation from its existing investor Kalaari Capital. The total amount raised by the Company is upwards of US$ 5 million.

The Company, inter alia, intends to use the proceeds of the round for development of localised content for its platform and to enlarge its footprint.
