J. Sagar Associates (JSA) advised ICICI Securities Limited, Axis Capital Limited, Edelweiss Financial Services Limited and IDBI Capital Markets & Securities Limited (BRLMs) in relation to the proposed initial public offering of Route Mobile Limited (“Route Mobile”). Route Mobile has filed a draft red herring prospectus with the Securities and Exchange Board of India for an offer of equity shares aggregating up to ` 6,000 million, comprising a fresh issue of up to ` 2,400 million and an offer for sale of up to ` 3,600 million by the promoters of Route Mobile, namely, Sandipkumar Gupta and Rajdipkumar Gupta.
