Readers’ Feedback – December 2019

Lex Witness has been doing a great job be it in terms of organizing conferences, workshops, certifications etc. The entire team pays great attention to detail and above all does what is relevant i.e. be it choosing the hot topics, venue, getting the right speakers/educators. I have enjoyed all their events and wish them success in the years to come.

I find Lex Witness to be an extremely informative, interesting and knowledge-centric magazine covering all the recent developments in every dynamic field of law. One suggestion it would have been even better if the magazine has covered some practical aspects of criminal trial and trial court advocacy. I hope your Editorial Team will look into this.

Head – Litigation, K&T Forlex Law Offices, Pune

I had the opportunity of reading Lex Witness from its inception and consider it an informative magazine for legal minds to keep themselves abreast of the march of law and other corporate activities. The layout of the magazine commencing from cutting edge, steering through expert speak, corporate pulse and other meticulously cherry-picked topics are of excellent standards. Lex Witness has its own style of explaining the pros and cons of various important judgments of national interest and the latest being “Battle over Invincible Ayodhya: Constitutional Contentions to Complete Justice” by Prof. M.Sridhar Acharyulu. The article is informative and unfolds various constitutional values and historical aspects touching the Ram Mandir Judgement but unable to solve the puzzle with regard to the author of the Judgment. Time should answer this question! Wishing Team Lex Witness another eventful 2020 year ahead.
