In a recent development, Rajinikandh ARS, Vice President – Legal, BARC India won ‘General Counsel of the Year Award’ in Media Technology at the 8th Annual International Conference 2019 & Award Ceremony to celebrate 70th Constitution Day by Indian National Bar Association (INBA) on November 26 2019. Rajinikandh received this award from none other than Hon’ble Justice Rekha Palli, Delhi High Court.

Celebrating his success, Rajinikandh says, “Winning a prestigious award is extremely special for me. I am thankful to the senior management and my colleagues at BARC India who have supported me in this journey.” Rajinikandh is a Corporate Lawyer with over 16 years of diversified experience in Corporate and Commercial Laws with specialisation in Technology, Media and Telecommunications (TMT), Mobile Wallets, Retail Banking and Realty Laws. Before joining BARC India, he worked with Vodafone India for more than 10 years. Rajinikandh has in-house and external counsel experience with excellent negotiation and communication skills.
