J. Sagar Associates advised and assisted Masco Corporation (Masco) as its India counsel in the sale of Milgard Services India Private Limited. Masco, one of the world’s leading manufacturers of branded home improvement and building products, sold Milgard Manufacturing Incorporated, a manufacturer of windows and patio doors along with its investment in Milgard Services India Private Limited to MI Windows and Doors for approximately $725 million.
