Dhir & Dhir Associates advised India Infradebt Limited (“IDF”) on Solararise Group’s refinancing of existing indebtedness. The Firm acted as Lender’s Legal Counsel to IDF for providing financial assistance of INR. 335.36 Crores for the purposes of repayment of the existing project indebtedness for the commissioned 70 MW Solar Power Project of 3 SPVs in the State of Uttar Pradesh and Telangana respectively.

The scope of work included conducting due diligence of the borrower company, promoter company and project documents, drafting of the financing and security documents, reviewing title search report of the local counsel(s) and issuing opinion on the legal issues.
